ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours of shipping to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping outside of the United States.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping for your order will be free to the continental 48 states. Extra charges may apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated delivery with USPS is 2 to 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to all countries supported by Shopify. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary substantially based on where orders are shipped. Estimated time for delivery is 8 - 25 days. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tucker@freeflowingartco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
