No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Free Flowing Art Co. LLC ("Sponsor"), a small business located in Alabama, USA. Questions about the Giveaway may be directed to Sponsor at customerserver@freeflowingartco.com.
2. No Platform Affiliation
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each participant completely releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway. Any information you provide as part of your entry is provided to Sponsor, not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (eighteen (18) in most states, nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi). The owner of Sponsor, the artist whose work is featured, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and persons living in the same household as any of them are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on [start date] at [time] Central Time and ends when the combined follower count of the Free Flowing Art Co. Instagram and Facebook accounts first reaches 200 followers (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's follower counts as displayed on each platform will be the official record for determining when the milestone is reached. Sponsor will announce the close of the Giveaway Period in a post on both platforms. Entries received after the end of the Giveaway Period will not be counted.
5. How to Enter
To enter on Instagram, during the Giveaway Period:
- Follow @freeflowingartco on Instagram
- Like the official Giveaway announcement post
- Comment on the Giveaway post naming the piece from FreeFlowingArtCo.com or the featured collection you would choose if you won
Optional bonus entry on Instagram: Share the Giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @freeflowingartco. This step is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win. One (1) bonus entry per participant. Because story shares from private accounts are not visible to Sponsor, participants with private accounts should send a screenshot of their story to @freeflowingartco by direct message for the bonus entry to be counted.
To enter on Facebook, during the Giveaway Period:
- Follow the Free Flowing Art Co. Facebook page
- Like the official Giveaway announcement post
- Comment on the Giveaway post naming the piece from FreeFlowingArtCo.com or the featured collection you would choose if you won
Sharing this Giveaway or tagging other people is not required to enter on Facebook and will not affect your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) standard entry per person per platform; posting multiple comments on the same post does not increase your chances of winning. Participants who complete the entry steps on both Instagram and Facebook will receive one entry for each platform, for a maximum of two (2) standard entries plus one (1) optional Instagram story bonus entry. Entries generated by automated means, duplicate accounts, or giveaway aggregator accounts will be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive their choice of one (1) archival grade watercolor art print from the "All Works" collection, sized 11x14 inches or smaller, featuring original artwork by the Free Flowing Art Co. artist. Approximate retail value: $[value]. The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within the United States.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across both platforms. The drawing will be held within three (3) days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
The winner will be notified by direct message on the platform through which their winning entry was submitted, and will be announced by first name and last initial (or username) in a follow-up post. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and provide a valid US shipping address. If the winner does not respond within that window, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor will never ask the winner or any participant for payment, credit card details, bank information, or account passwords in connection with this Giveaway. Official messages will come only from Sponsor's official accounts, @freeflowingartco on Instagram and the Free Flowing Art Co. Facebook page. Any message requesting payment or financial information to claim a prize is fraudulent and should be reported to the platform.
8. Publicity and Privacy
By entering, the winner consents to Sponsor announcing their first name and last initial (or platform username) on Sponsor's social media accounts for the purpose of announcing the Giveaway results, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Shipping information collected from the winner will be used solely to fulfill the prize and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Entry does not enroll participants in any mailing list.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, in which case Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. In the event the 200 follower milestone is not reached within a reasonable period, Sponsor reserves the right to lower the milestone target and draw a winner from eligible entries received to date, and will announce any such change in a post on both platforms before the drawing.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, family members, and representatives, as well as Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc., from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
